OB TITLE: Refrigeration Engineer
The Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Plc is the franchise bottler and distributor for products of The Coca-Cola Company in Nigeria. The company was incorporated in November 1951 with the franchise to bottle and sell products of The Coca-Cola Company in Nigeria.
The company is a member of Coca-Cola Hellenic, an anchor bottler with the franchise to bottle products of The Coca-Cola Company in 28 countries in North, Central and South Europe, Asia and in Africa with over 560 million consumers in these markets. As the pioneer bottler in the conglomerate, NBC prides itself as the bedrock of CCH. NBC is headquartered in Ebute-Meta, Lagos and operates 13 bottling facilities, 28 commercial territories and 59 depots across the country.
We are currently searching for a self motivated Refrigeration Engineer
Key Accountabilities

• Ensure company refrigeration equipment are available for production use
• Maintain manufacturing and facilities refrigeration systems
• Record and log activities; keep detailed records in relation to developmental processes
• Detailed knowledge of refrigeration systems, chillers, and how to install and maintain such systems
• Coordinate and organize routine maintenance on all refrigeration and related ancillary equipment
• Maintain proper records of all refrigeration equipment such as running hours and periodic servicing intervals
• Plan and organize necessary spare parts required for maintenance of the refrigeration equipment to ensure continuous equipment availability

Competencies

• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to detect technical malfunctions in the refrigeration
• Sound understanding of all safety regulations and norms for working in cooling rooms
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

Qualifications

• B. Sc./HND in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years boiler experience
• MBA would be an added advantage
