POST TITLE: National Sales Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate is expected to lead the Sales and Channel Development team and deliver the National Sales figures,
- The ideal person should be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate an outstanding track record in sales management, an excellent record in motivating and leading by example a large sales force, and a proven ability to meet and beat challenging targets,
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Applicants must hold a minimum of B. Pharm with not less than 3 years of high performance in sales Management function,
- Persons with first degree in Health or Life Sciences and 5 years experience in Sales Management function are also eligible to apply,
- An MBA will be an added advantage and the candidate should not be less than 32 years of age.
POST TITLE: Marketing and Strategy Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate will have overall responsibility for Marketing, developing strategies and ensuring their implementation to build all company’s brands to achieve market share, and other business objectives,
- The ideal person is expected to develop a comprehensive Annual Marketing Plan and ensure implementation,
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Applicants must hold a minimum of a B.Pharm with not less than 3 years of high performance in Marketing Management function,
- An MBA will be an added advantage and the candidate should not be less than 32 years of age.
POST TITLE: Regional Sales Manager (Lagos)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will lead the Sales and Channel Development team at the Regional level and will be responsible for delivering the Regional figures and implementing the market development plan for the region. Reporting to the National Sales Manager.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must hold a minimum of a B.Pharm with not less than 3 years of high in Sales function,
- Persons with first degree in Health or Life Sciences and 4 years experience in sales function are also eligible to apply,
- Candidate should not be less than 32.
POST TITLE: Brand Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for developing all branding and ethical promotion strategy and follow it to implementation, to achieve the volume target and other brand objectives,
- Repotting to Marketing & Strategy Manager.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must hold a minimum of a B. Pharm with not less than 3 years of high performance in Sales function,
- Persons with first degree in Health or Life Sciences and 4 years experience in,
- Sales function are also eligible to apply.
POST TITLE: Medical Sales Representatives
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal person shall hold regular medical interviews, meetings, distribution and other sales/marketing activities on the company’s wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products at levels sufficient to achieve agreed sales targets.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Applicants must hold a minimum of a B. Pharm,
- Persons with first degree in Health of Life sciences and 2 years experience in sales function are also eligible to apply,
- Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
