The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent humanitarian organization. The ICRC Abuja Delegation is looking for a qualified candidate with the capacity to work independently to fill in the position below:
JOB TITLE: CARPOOL DISPATCHER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Secondary education
4 years work experience in similar function
Heavy vehicle Driving license
Driving license for at least 5 years
Succeeded in ICRC Driving test
Excellent knowledge of the geographically assigned environment
Masters 4/4 and VHF use.
Basic mechanical skill
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
Organizes and plans the drivers’ duties
Monitors and updates car use and fuel consumption
Keeps tracks on all vehicle movements
Help to organization and planning of maintenance of fleet
Applies ICRC rules in term of use and security of vehicles
Organises private use of car attribution
DESIRED PERSONAL SKILLS

Flexibility and willingness to work irregular schedules
Reliable and calm person
