1. JOB TITLE: DEEPWATER DRILLING ENGINEER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in deepwater, including injector (gas and water) and intelligent producer, well drilling projects and operations. Technically and operationally credible to influence engineers, superintendents, DSMs, asset team & service partners, as appropriate to achieve safe, regulatory-compliant, reliable, and efficient designs and operations.
Proven Communication, Documentation & Mentoring Skills: Able to work well with all stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels. Provides technical guidance and mentoring to well completion, intervention, and workover engineers.
Proven organizational skills: Responsible for preparing well completion, workover, and intervention project plans to achieve Clear Leader OE results. Able to manage and coordinate, with a dynamic rig schedule in a challenging remote location, ordering, delivery, and QA/QC of equipment and operational activities of many service partners in support of complex completion, workover and intervention operations.

4. JOB TITLE: AGBAMI MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and ability to rotate to project location. Typical rotation is 28×28 days.
A minimum of 10 years of experience working in Upstream oil and gas production operations maintenance, 5 of which must be in offshore operations.
Expert knowledge in turbo machinery operation and maintenance.
GE LM2500+ sac experience.
Must have experience working with Allen Bradley PLCs on Turbomachinery – Generators and Compressors.
Expert knowledge and experience in Power generation principles and practices.
Must have gas boost compressors, water injection equipment maintenance, high pressure gas and water sealing systems, municipal equipment maintenance, LACT system maintenance experience.
Experience in RBM, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and IR thermographic data interpretation.
Ability to navigate RxLogix ladder logic.
Familiarity with maintenance requirement of Hypochlorite, Oxygen & Nitrogen generation systems and RO based water making and purification system.
Knowledge and experience to manage oilfield maintenance and repair of pumps, compressors, HPUs and turbomachinery, utilized in various configurations spanning Crude
Oil production, Storage and Export, Gas gathering, compression and reinjection, Salt Water lifting, conditioning and reinjection, advanced power management system, ballasting, marine positioning, cargo offloading and remote bouy.
Knowledgeable in vibration data analysis, interpretation of lube oil analysis including tribology and IR data analysis.
Ability to analyze, upgrade, and optimize rotating equipment performance.
Ability to build solid collaborative relationships and will interface with representatives from multiple support service providers and organizations within Chevron.
Fluency in SERIP stage 1 and stage 2 sub processes.
Proficiency in CMMS functionality used by maintenance supervisors.
Effectively develops and executes critical business processes / plans to deliver facility reliability and availability target results and improve / enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
Ability to build and lead high-performance team.
Experience supervising large, diverse workforce with varying levels of experience including O&M (hourly employees) and contract workforce.
Experience in managing employees in multiple work disciplines and varying work schedules.
Ability to provide work direction; manage the PMP process, career planning and pay determination for expat and national personnel.
Personal leadership of safety and environmental compliance issues and process improvements.
