Our ideal candidate’s primary responsibilities include training and developing people’s capability to:
  • Monitor and implement preventive maintenance of automation/electrical equipments.
  • Monitor the status of automation/electrical equipment and carry out repair activities.
  • Ensure high reliability of automation/electrical equipment in the plants.
  • Ensure capability development of subordinates and trainees to enhance their efficiency and ability to carry out current and future responsibilities.
  • Identify and lead cost effective continuous improvement projects for the department.
  • Apply knowledge of fault-finding in automation and electronics facilities.
  • Ensure availability of electrical and automation tools, software, hardwares and electrical diagram documentation for training purposes.
